Before dedicating her work to interpersonal strategy, Mei Ling built a three-decade international corporate career. She held senior executive roles with global brands including RH Macy New York, Levi Strauss San Francisco, and Dunlop Slazenger London, and served as the Country Representative for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC)in Frankfurt.

She later successfully founded, scaled, and exited a prominent regional enterprise.
